Los Angeles Angels Betting Preview
Over the weekend the Angels took on the New York Mets. Los Angeles lost the opener of that set, then took the next two 5-4 and 3-2. On Tuesday in the opener versus the Yankees, we had a postponement due to sour weather.
LA’s game one starter will be Davis Daniel. This year Daniel is 1-2 with a 4.91 ERA. As starter for game two the Angels will send out Carson Fulmer. So far Fulmer is 0-2 with a 3.69 ERA in 28 games (four starts).
New York Yankees Betting Preview

Los Angeles Angels vs New York Yankees Prediction
For game one I’ll stay with the Yankees. Probably not touching it, though. Gil has done pretty well over his last three outings, notching a 2-0 record with five earned in 16.1 innings on 14 hits and five walks. As for Daniel, he’s coming off 5.0 innings and one earned versus the Rockies but was struggling (11 earned in 9.0 innings) prior to that.
I’ll try the Angels in game two. Fulmer has been decent over his last couple of starts but doesn’t have any decisions to show for it. In that pair Fulmer has 11.2 innings with five earned runs combined. It’s looking like New York is going to skip the struggling Nestor Cortes, as Marcus Stroman is pencilled in for Thursday’s finale.
