On Tuesday the Rangers could only muster one hit, but it was a big one. Starter Tyler Mahle finished with 5.0 innings and one earned run.

Houston Astros vs Texas Rangers Prediction
I might take a stab on the Astros. So long as Kikuchi can notch a quality start, that is. he was pretty good in his last outing, a no-decision with 5.2 innings and two earned versus Tampa Bay. Prior to that however, Kikuchi had nine earned in 9.2 innings of work over two starts.
On Tuesday the Astros got a stellar outing from Valdez and a few really nice performances at the plate. With a fresh bullpen Wednesday I like Houston to keep it rolling in game three.
