I’ll stay with the Royals. Wacha is on a pretty good run these days. In his last three starts Wacha is 3-0 with four earned in 18.0 total innings. As for Nelson, he’s doing well himself with five earned in 19.1 innings for a 2-0 record over his last three starts. Should be a fun starter matchup.

On Tuesday the Royals really only had a couple of bad innings on the mound. That said, the offense couldn’t get much going at all. Kansas City got a couple of hits from Freddy Fermin and an RBI each from Bobby Witt and Salvador Perez but that’s about it. KC’s bats need a rebound Wednesday.
