San Francisco Giants vs Chicago Cubs Prediction
I’ll stick with the Cubs. Steele is going to need some help from the offense but should be able to put together a nice outing. In his last three starts combined Steele is 0-1 but he’s got just two earned in 18.0 total innings. As for Webb, he’s given up nine earned in 20.0 innings over his last three starts.
On Monday Chicago was up 6-3 going into the eighth inning but still found a way to lose the game with some rough bullpen performances. Offensively the Cubs did pretty well though, so that’s a plus. The pitching does need to come around Tuesday.
