More specifically, the South Florida Bulls rank a lowly 70th in the nation in overall defensive efficiency. That is not good. In conclusion, I think the Oklahoma State Cowboys are the far better team than the Bulls at this point in the season. I like the Oklahoma State Cowboys to cover the -4.5 points in this one.
