Wisconsin needs better production out of its quarterback, and this is a look-ahead spot with Penn State on deck. However, Eastern Michigan has been awful across the board offensively, and its defense hasn’t been any better. You can argue Eastern Michigan is one of the worst teams in all of college football up to this point. Wisconsin’s defense should set the tone and lead to short fields for the Badgers offense.
