SFA’s 14 turnovers led to 22 Vaqueros points, so ball control will be key in this one. The good news is that Stephen F. Austin has held opponents below 69 points in every game so far.

As for Texas A&M-CC, they snapped a four-game win streak with a pretty limp performance against a middling Lamar team in their last outing. The Islanders can score when the matchup is right, though; they’ve got 81 or more points in seven of their last eight outings. The Lumberjacks are going to have to get moving on the scoreboard quickly, but I think a good performance on the road is well within reach if all goes well.
