Northeastern Huskies Betting Preview
The Huskies hit a 3-3 run out of the gate this year. The wins in that time were over Colgate, Harvard and Duquesne. Over the next six outings however, Northeastern would only record a win over Central Connecticut. Otherwise it was losses to Wake Forest, Holy Cross, Syracuse, Rhode Island and Elon in that time. That would give Northeastern a 4-8 record in their first dozen games.
In the North Carolina A&T game on Wednesday, the Huskies went into the break with a 44-36 edge. Norhteastern kept it going from there on a 41-38 run and took the road win 85-74 in the end. Tops in scoring were William Kermoury and Xavier Abreu, each with 22 points and one rebound. Youri Fritz added 14 points with three rebounds and three assists as well.
Campbell Camels Betting Preview
Over on the Campbell side, they also went 3-3 over their first six games with wins over Western Michigan, Mid-Atlantic Christian and Texas-Arlington. A 3-5 run came over the next eight games though, as the Camels fell versus Wake Forest, Penn State, Gonzaga, Minnesota and Hofstra. That would give the Camels a 6-8 overall record in their first 14 outings of the year.
Matched up against Monmouth on Wednesday the Camels were down by five points at halftime. Campbell hit a 38-30 run the rest of the way however, leading to a comeback win 68-65 in the end. DJ Smith topped the scorers on 24 points with three boards and Dovydas Butka doubled up on 14 points with 14 rebounds. Muneer Newton chipped in 12 rebounds and eight points in the win.

Northeastern vs Campbell Prediction
I’ll stick with Northeastern, but you could call this one either way. The Huskies shot well (53.6 percent) in their latest win over North Carolina A&T and had just seven turnovers. Northeastern did get outplayed on the boards 28-18, though. The Huskies have been scoring well lately with 73 or more points in five straight games. That said, they’re giving up a lot on the other side this year as well.
As for Campbell, they shot a tepid 38.5 percent from the field with 14 turnovers in their latest (close) win over Monmouth. The Camels have 68 or more points in three straight games, however they’re likewise surrendering a good bit of points to other teams.
