NC Central Eagles Betting Preview
This year the Eagles opened up the season on a spotty 7-12 overall run across their first 19 games. After that came a 3-4 run in the next seven outings. The wins in that time were over Maryland Eastern Shore, Delaware State and Morgan State. The losses otherwise came versus Norfolk State, Coppin State, South Carolina State and Howard for a 10-16 run through 26 games.

NC Central vs MD Eastern Shore Prediction
I’ll lean toward NC Central but I’m staying away. The Eagles started slowly in a road win over a struggling Delaware State team this week but it all worked out in the end. NC Central hit 49.1 percent from the field in that one with 21 points off 16 Hornets turnovers. The Eagles are still a shaky 3-4 in their last seven games though, so it’d be nice to see a good effort here.
Back on February 2 when these teams last met, the Eagles secured a 65-63 victory at home. In that one NC Central shot a nice 48 percent from the field with a 28-26 advantage on points in the paint. That said, the Eagles gave up 49 percent shooting on defense with 11 turnovers and a 32-21 rebounding deficit. NC Central has a lot to clean up for the road rematch. This one could go either way.
