Miami-OH blitzed a winless Maine team in their last outing, hitting a cool 5.7 percent from the field, 43.8 percent (14-of-32) from outside and 11-of-13 (84.6 percent) from the line alongside a dominant 37-24 rebounding edge and 22 team assists. The Bears’ 20 turnovers turned into 12 steals for Miami-OH, but the RedHawks also coughed up 15 turnovers themselves. That gives Miami-OH 76 or more points in all eight games so far this year.

As for UNC Asheville, they couldn’t keep pace with NC State in their last game and took a double-digit loss. The Bulldogs shot just 37 percent from the field in that one but didn’t play too badly otherwise—outside of the 40-14 deficit in the paint, anyway.
