The Skyhawks shot a solid 45 percent from the field with a 28-24 rebounding advantage in their latest loss to Central Connecticut. Trouble is, Stonehill also gave up 53.2 percent shooting on the other side and had 12 turnovers along the way. The Skyhawks are just 1-4 in their last five games, and they’ve failed to hit 70 points in each of those outings.

As for Chicago State, they held Fairleigh Dickinson to just 38.3 percent shooting from the field in their latest loss but shot only 40.8 percent themselves. The 13 turnovers and 34-19 deficit on the boards didn’t help matters either. Chicago State has lost five straight games now, with 63 or fewer points in four of them.
