Dwayne Killings enters his fourth year at the helm in Albany, and he’ll have two of his starters back from last year. Veterans Amar’e Marshal (16.7 PPG) and Aaron Reddish (7.6 PPG) will have a big impact for the Great Danes from the very beginning.

I’m probably going to take a stab on Albany. The Great Danes have their work cut out for them this year. After showing a few glimpses of their capabilities last season, Albany needs to continue improving in 2024-25 toward becoming a contender in the conference. The biggest questions will likely be the frontcourt and team defense along the way.

As for Army, they weren’t really built for offense last year. That said, the Knights held opponents to fewer than 60 points in nine of their 10 wins. This season the Knights are smaller on paper and should push the tempo a bit more. They may get bullied up front by some of the bigger teams, though.
