Both of these teams have been battle-tested this season, but I trust Longwood more in a spot like this as they’re an 11-win team coming into this matchup against a Presbyterian team that has their last couple of wins and 3 of their 7 wins overall this season come against subdivision teams. Longwood has been able to take down some fairly solid teams in their own right this season with wins over teams like Milwaukee and UAB, and head-to-head, Longwood has owned the recent history between the two sides, winning each of the last five meetings between the two. I think this will be a solid matchup to kick off the card on Thursday, but in the end, I just see the Lancers pulling away as the better team. Give me Longwood.
