I’m probably just going to stay with Kent State. The line’s too thick to mess with, though. The Flashes have been off the court for a while (December 6) however, so I’m not expecting an explosive start. That said, Kent State handled Portland well in their last outing with 45.2 percent shooting and a 40-29 rebounding edge. The 76 points were a nice total after a stretch of four straight games with fewer than 69 points for the Flashes.

As for Mercyhurst, they didn’t have too many issues in their last game and have now scored a combined 150 points in their last pair. The Lakers also have given up 77 or more points in four of their last six, however, so if Kent State can shoot decently here the Flashes will be in good shape.
