I’ll likely go with Texas State here. The Bobcats have looked pretty good in their last two outings, scoring a combined 157 points in the wins. Texas State put up a good showing versus Ohio in their last matchup with 46 percent shooting and a 48-27 rebounding edge. The Bobcats should match up well in this one also.
As for Texas Southern, they’ve looked okay in a couple of wins versus overmatched teams this season but overall it’s been a struggle. The Tigers have given up 72 or more points in six of seven games so far, so Texas State should have plenty of scoring opportunities on Sunday.
