The Montreal Alouettes are 13-4 this season after they lost to the Roughriders by a score of 16-12 last week. Montreal led 11-3 at halftime and 12-6 in the fourth quarter, but they allowed the last 10 points for the loss. Toronto Argonauts Betting Preview
The Toronto Argonauts are 9-8 this year after they lost to the Redblacks by a score of 40-39 last week. Toronto trailed 23-16 at halftime, but they led 39-33 with 33 seconds left, before allowing a touchdown with nine seconds left for the loss. The Argonauts were out gained by a total of 407-369, went 11-20 on second downs, and tied the turnover battle at two in the game. The Argonauts have scored 29.5 points per game with 348.5 passing yards and 73.9 rushing yards per game, while they have allowed 29.1 points against per game this year. Chad Kelly has thrown for 5,067 yards with 33 touchdowns and 24 interceptions this year, but the starters won’t be playing in this one.
Alouettes vs Argonauts Prediction
Both teams come into this matchup firmly in the playoffs, so they are both resting a good amount of starters here. Montreal rested starters last week and nearly beat Saskatchewan, but fell apart in the fourth. Toronto is starting Tucker Horn at quarterback, but he won’t have much help, as a lot of the skill position starters are not playing. This will be a sloppy game, so I will take the points with Toronto here.
