Air Force Falcons Betting Preview
The Falcons beat Merrimack in their opener, then fell to San Jose State, Baylor, Wyoming, Navy, New Mexico, Colorado State, and Army before getting another W versus Fresno State. Air Force would get another win over Oregon State on November 16.
In their game against Nevada over the weekend, the Falcons were down 12-7 by the fourth quarter. Air Force posted a 15-7 run from there for the comeback win 22-19. Quentin Hayes had zero pass yards and a pick but did score on the ground. Owen Allen rushed 23 times for 107 yards and a TD.
San Diego State Aztecs Betting Preview
Over on the Aztecs’ side, they went 3-3 over their first six with wins over East Texas A&M, Hawaii, and Wyoming. San Diego State lost the next four to Washington State, Boise State, New Mexico, and UNLV during a tough stretch of games.
Matched up against Utah State on Saturday, the Aztecs were within one point at the break. San Diego State was outscored by 20 from there, however, resulting in a 41-20 loss. Danny O’Neil had 199 pass yards, while Marquez Cooper rushed 23 times for 118 yards and a score.

Air Force vs San Diego State Prediction
I’ll lean toward San Diego State. Probably not touching this one, though. The Aztecs couldn’t get out of their own way in their loss to Utah State, committing 12 penalties for 101 yards and giving up 322 rush yards on defense. The Aztecs are mired in a five-game losing streak and have scored fewer than 21 points in three straight.
As for Air Force, they posted 318 rush yards and exactly zero through the air in their three-point comeback win over Nevada. The Falcons have been below 23 points in three of the last five, but they’ve fared better overall on three straight wins. There are a lot of different ways this game could break, but if San Diego State can keep Air Force’s run game in check I think the Aztecs have a decent cover shot. I’m staying away, though.
