Ohio vs Miami-OH Prediction
I might try Miami-OH here. The RedHawks put together a pretty impressive win over a decent Eastern Michigan team on the road this past weekend. Miami-OH logged 421 total yards (199 rushing) and 9.6 yards per play in the win, staying on the field for just 25:50 of game time. On defense, the RedHawks came up with two takeaways and gave up just 4.0 yards per play.
As for Ohio, they faltered in the second half of their win over Central Michigan but ultimately put up 277 rush yards with 7.2 yards per play. The Bobcats benefitted from 15 Chippewas penalties, though. If Ohio can play a cleaner game this weekend I think they’ve got a good cover shot, but Miami-OH should have a reasonable chance as well.
