The Tigers got off to a nice 3-0 start this year. Those victories came 40-0 over North Alabama, 38-17 over Troy, and 20-12 versus Florida State. Memphis would take their first loss on September 21 versus Navy 56-44 in game four, however.
In their last matchup back on September 28, the Tigers took on Middle Tennessee. Memphis was up 14-0 by halftime and ended up winning 24-7 in the end. QB Seth Henigan finished on 227 yards, while Mario Anderson rushed 18 times for 118 yards and a score.

Memphis vs South Florida Prediction
I might take a stab at South Florida. Probably not touching it, though. The Bulls do need a good bounce-back effort here after the Tulane blowout. USF coughed up 528 yards (330 passing) in that one along with 30 first downs and 7.2 yards per play. South Florida gained just 201 yards themselves with 3.8 yards per play and two lost fumbles.
As for Memphis, they didn’t have much trouble with Middle Tennessee in their last outing, gaining 413 yards (227 passing) and 22 first downs in the win. South Florida needs to get their running game going if they’re going to stand a chance at covering here. The Bulls have just 88 combined yards on the ground over their last pair.
Andrew’s Pick South Florida Bulls +6.5
