Tulsa will have a new starting quarterback this season, Cooper Legas, who has a good amount of experience from Utah State. Legas does have the Tulsa leading receiver from last season back, but most of the other production is gone. On the ground, Anthony Watkins is back after running for 889 yards last year, while the offensive line has a lot of new faces. Tulsa’s defense was pretty bad last year and with the production that they lost, I could see very similar defensive results.
