Coco Gauff is the third seed at the WTA Finals. This is her fourth main draw appearance at the tournament. Gauff is the defending champion. She defeated both Iga Swiatek and Aryna Sabalenka en route to the title last year. Gauff has also been eliminated in the group stage (2022) in her debut appearance.

Gauff returns to Riyadh to defend her title on the back of another decent year, where she won her second Grand Slam in singles at the French Open.
