Kasatkina has fared poorly in Tour-level finals recently, losing her last five without winning a set. It’s more of a psychological barrier at this point, added to her opponents getting hot on the day. Fernandez has grown in confidence during the week and has adapted quite well on grass, and she’ll be tough to beat. Still, I think Kasatkina is the slight favorite going into Saturday’s final because she’s got such a well-rounded style of play that makes her more effective on the surface.
