Patriots vs Jets Prediction
I’ll stay with New England. The Pats put up a pretty nice overall effort against a good Ravens team on the road last weekend, notching 453 total yards and 24 first downs. The Pats did cough up a couple of turnovers and went just 4-of-12 on third-down tries, though. It was a nice bounce-back effort—and a statement win—after the four-point loss to Buffalo the week before. New England has 23 or more points in each of the last 12 games, going 11-1 in that time.
The last time these teams met up back on November 13, the Patriots took a home win 27-14. New England posted 336 yards with 23 first downs and 6-of-12 on third-down tries in that one. The Jets, meanwhile, had just 245 yards, 105 pass yards and 15 first downs. With New York flailing pretty much all season, New England should firmly be in the driver’s seat here.
