Cowboys vs Colts Prediction
I’ll go with Dallas. The Cowboys need a good bounce-back effort here after a tough loss to a struggling Cardinals team, and this is a great spot to get it. Last weekend Dallas posted a tepid 261 total yards with a 6-of-16 success rate on third downs. The defense gave up 24 first downs and 467 total yards in the overtime home loss. Dallas has scored pretty well against bottom-half NFL teams this year for the most part; it’s a common sight to see them hit the 30-point mark this year. They’ve done it in consecutive games now, and in all three of their wins.
As for Indy, they looked listless in a blowout loss to the Jaguars last weekend with three turnovers, 243 yards and just 3-of-11 on third downs. The Colts gave up 18 first downs and 366 yards defensively. That makes a four-game losing streak for Indianapolis, and they’ve given up 26 or more points in three of those outings. I’m not wild about their chances here, even at home.

Dallas Cowboys Betting Preview
This year the Cowboys have had a few more downs than ups. Dallas opened the season on a 2-2 run, beating the Commanders and Texans in that time with losses versus the Giants and Ravens otherwise. Dallas would then lose a couple versus Tampa Bay and Green Bay before recovering on a victory versus the Eagles. In their first seven games that made for a 3-4 record.
In the Arizona game on Sunday the Cowboys were up 14-0 early and headed into the locker room at halftime with a 14-3 edge. Dallas had a 30-24 edge late in the fourth but Arizona tied it up. After a missed PAT the Cowboys eventually lost in overtime 33-30. QB Dak Prescott was 19-of-29 for 195 yards and a TD. CeeDee Lamb led the receivers in the losing effort with seven catches for 58 yards.
Indianapolis Colts Betting Preview
Over on the Colts’ side, they haven’t had much luck in the win column this year. Indy started with losses to the Ravens and Chiefs, but then evened their record with wins over Houston and Washington. After that came losses to Pittsburgh, Tennessee and the Minnesota Vikings over the next three games. In the first seven outings of the year the Colts could only muster a 2-5 run.
In the match with the Jags last weekend the Colts were down early after a first-quarter touchdown and then gave up three more in the second for a 28-0 halftime deficit. Indianapolis was kept off the scoreboard outside of a third-quarter touchdown and limped to a 42-7 blowout loss on the road. QB Daniel Jones was 19-of-28 for 144 yards, one TD and two picks. Keenan Allen added seven catches for 67 yards and DJ Giddens had six carries for 46 yards.
