Carolina Panthers vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Prediction

I’ll stick with the Panthers. This should be a pretty good game if Carolina plays to their capabilities. They finished off a tense win over Arizona thanks to 392 total yards (243 rushing) and 22 first downs, but it was a sloppy game. The Panthers contributed nine penalties to the 20-penalty total but did get the satisfying victory in OT. The 36 points were a welcome sight as well following just 30 combined over the previous two outings.

As for Tampa Bay, they held Dallas mostly in check on 317 yards and 15 first downs allowed but couldn’t overcome a couple of turnovers and a spotty first half. The Buccaneers had won four straight prior to that though, and they’ve hit 24 or more points in five consecutive outings. The Panthers are probably going to have to hang 20-25 points or so if they’re going to pull off a cover here, and I think it’s within Carolina’s talents to do so.
