Seattle kicked off their year with a three-game win streak, taking out the Broncos, Patriots, and Dolphins. The Seahawks have since gone a rough 1-5, beating the Falcons with losses to the Lions, Giants, 49ers, Bills and Rams otherwise.
In the Rams game back on November 3, the Seahawks gave up a 10-point halftime lead and eventually lost in overtime 26-20. QB Geno Smith had 363 yards, three scores, and three picks. Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught seven balls for 180 yards and two of the touchdowns.

The 49ers’ year began on a 2-2 run with wins over the Jets and Patriots mixed with losses to the Vikings and Rams. San Francisco has gone 3-2 since then with wins over the Seahawks, Cowboys, and Buccaneers alongside losses to the Cardinals and Chiefs.
Last weekend in the Buccaneers game, the 49ers put up points in every quarter along the way to a tight 23-20 victory. QB Brock Purdy logged 353 yards and two scores. Jauan Jennings led the receivers with seven receptions for 93 yards.

Seahawks vs 49ers Prediction
I’ll lean toward Seattle. Probably staying away, though. The Seahawks have had plenty of time to rest and recover from their OT loss to the Rams. There’s plenty to improve upon from that game, including three interceptions, 12 penalties for 95 yards, and a rough 4-of-15 success rate on third downs. Otherwise, the defense wasn’t too bad overall with 366 yards allowed (298 passing) and 3-of-13 on third downs.
As for San Francisco, they eked out a victory over the Bucs on Sunday after a relatively spotty finish. Their defense was good as well, giving up just 215 yards (105 passing), 18 first downs, and 5-of-14 on third-down conversions.
The last time these teams met was a 36-24 road win for San Francisco on October 10. The 49ers posted 228 rushing yards in that one and held the ball for 33:03. Seattle didn’t help themselves with nine penalties and three turnovers. That said, if the Seahawks spent their downtime prepping for this one I think they’ll look better in the rematch.
