Raiders Have Some Issues

The Raiders have some major issues and in the first game, they really struggled. The Raiders offense only scored 10 points and that led to the defeat against the Chargers. At halftime, they were up 7-6 but as the game went on the offense just wasn’t good enough. In the 4th quarter, the Raiders defense gave up 13 points and that led to the defeat. The defense really struggled on the ground. JK Dobbins carried 10 times for 135 yards and a touchdown and that defense is going to need to be a whole lot better. Gardner Minshew is under center for the Raiders and he completed 25 of his 33 passes for 257 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The offense found success moving the ball but they had issues getting into the end zone. In this game, they need to do a better job of finishing the jobs. 

Ravens an Inch Away

The Ravens were an inch away from tying up the game in the last second against the Kansas City Chiefs but Isaiah Likely just stepped out and they ended up losing 27-20. The Ravens outscored the Chiefs 10-7 in the 4th quarter but it still wasn’t enough. Mark Andrews is number one on the depth chart but it appears that Likely is the top tight end. In the first game, he caught nine passes for 111 yards and a touchdown. Lamar Jackson completed 26 of his 41 passes for 273 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. 

Jackson played okay but he still had some awful throws and he still needs to work on being more consistent. The defense also struggled giving up 27 points and they can’t be doing that again here. 

Why the Ravens Will Beat the Raiders

• The Raiders have lost each of their last five road games against teams that held a losing record.

Las Vegas Raiders vs Baltimore Ravens Prediction

The Ravens are going to have no issue getting the job done here. The Raiders don’t have the answer in Gardner Minshew and he’s going to be awful here. The Ravens offense is going to have no issue running up the score here and Lamar Jackson is going to be hitting those throws he missed in the first week. The Ravens are going to score at least 35 points here and this game is going to be a blowout victory. Back the Ravens against the spread.
