Over on the Jaguars’ side, they were able to run the table in preseason play this year. Jacksonville took out the champion Chiefs 26-13 in their opener and the Buccaneers 20-7 in game two. The final matchup was a big victory over the Falcons 31-0 for a blowout.

Matched up against the Dolphins in their regular-season opener, the Jags were up 17-7 at halftime. Jacksonville was outscored 13-0 from there in a 20-17 loss, though. Trevor Lawrence went 12-of-21 for 162 yards and one TD. Cartavious Bigsby led the rushing attack on 12 carries for 73 yards.

I’m going to try Jacksonville. The Jaguars fell apart after halftime in their opener matchup with the Dolphins. Jacksonville ended up with 267 total yards (139 passing) and 17 first downs but also went just 2-of-10 on crucial third-down tries. On the other side, the defense gave up 400 total yards (319 passing) and 8-of-16 on thirds.

As for Cleveland, they mustered a tepid 230 total yards (137 passing) in their loss to Dallas. The Browns were just 2-of-15 on third-down tries and committed 11 penalties along the way. I like a cleaner overall effort from Cleveland here, but I don’t think they’ll cover it.
