June 11, 2025 at 08:30 PM EDT
The Line: Betting Odds: Indiana Pacers +5.5 — Over/Under: 228
The Thunder and Pacers will meet in Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, with the series currently tied 1–1 after splitting the first two games.
In Game 1, Indiana pulled off a stunning comeback, erasing a 15‑point deficit in the fourth quarter and taking their first lead of the game with Tyrese Haliburton’s buzzer-beater. Game 2 saw the Thunder respond emphatically, winning 123–107 behind Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander’s 34 points, tying the series at one, and showcasing OKC’s dominance at home. Now in Indy, the Thunder are 5.5‑point favorites, with the over/under around 228.5.

Myles Turner Over 14.5 Points
Myles Turner averaged 15.6 points per game across 72 games while logging 30.2 minutes per contest. He’s averaging 48.1% from the field, including 39.6% from three-point range, demonstrating his value both inside and out. Turner has been utilized more in this series through 2 games than we saw him utilized in this Eastern Conference Finals series. He’s eclipsed 15 points in both games. The Thunder last size in the paint and which gives Turner plenty of opportunities to capitalize when it comes to a scoring perspective.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 33.5 Points
Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander emerged as the NBA’s top scoring leader by averaging a remarkable 32.7 points per game. He carried an efficient 51.9% field goal percentage and nailed 37.5% of his threes. In the finals, he’s been playing at another level. He scored 38 points in game one of this series and scored 34 points in game 2 of this series. Indiana has yet to find a way to stop SGA. Dating back to the Thunder’s last series, SGA has scored 34+ points in 6 of his last 8 games. I don’t see him slowing down in this one, especially against a Pacers team that plays at a fast pace.
Tyrese Haliburton Over 4.5 Rebounds
Haliburton has pulled down 5.9 rebounds per game across 17 playoff games, with 5.6 on the defensive glass and 0.3 on the offensive end. That clip was up notably from his regular season average of 3.5 RPG. In a historic Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, Haliburton recorded a 32 pts, 15 AST, 12 REB triple-double, becoming the first player in NBA playoff history with 30+ points, 15+ assists, 10+ rebounds, and 0 turnovers. He had a double-digit rebounding performance in game 1 of this series and started game 2 hit on the boards but slowed down in the 2nd half. I’m back on the over in this one and just think this line is too low for Haliburton. If the Pacers want a chance in this series, Haliburton will need to impact this game in every facet.
