The Portland Trail Blazers and the Brooklyn Nets collide at the Barclays Center on Friday night. Here’s a Portland Trail Blazers vs Brooklyn Nets Prediction. This article will include a Portland Trail Blazers vs Brooklyn Nets Pick.
Portland Trail Blazers Betting Preview
The Portland Trail Blazers are starting to heat up again as they are now gunning for a fourth straight victory after outlasting the Wizards in a 129-121 road win on Wednesday. Shaedon Sharpe led the team with 36 points, eight rebounds, and five assists off the bench, Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson scored 16 points each while Jerami Grant chipped in with 15 points. As a team, the Trail Blazers shot 44 percent from the field and 12 of 37 from the 3-point line as they set the tone with 34 points in the first quarter to take the early lead. They kept their foot on the gas, pouring in 74 points in the second half to sneak past the pesky Wizards. The Trail Blazers will take on the Cavs following this one.
Brooklyn Nets Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets have been in fine form as they've won seven of their last 11 games overall. They will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after falling short to the Thunder in a heartbreaking 129-121 home defeat on Wednesday. Day'Ron Sharpe led the team with 25 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists, Cameron Johnson and Killian Hayes each scored 19 points while Ziaire Williams chipped in with 18 points and 10 rebounds. As a team, the Nets shot just 40 percent from the field and 23 of 61 from the 3-point line as they exploded for 76 points in the first half to lead by as many as 18 points. But they could not hold off the Thunder and eventually got run down after allowing 39 points in the fourth quarter.

Total Points Facts

Portland Trail Blazers vs Brooklyn Nets Prediction
The Trail Blazers are still missing a bunch of players with Jerami Grant and Deni Avdija also listed as questionable, while the Nets have once again ruled out D'Angelo Russell and Noah Clowney. The Nets really played great basketball to get that massive lead against the Thunder in their last game, but they still weren't able to get it done. So I am slightly surprised to see them as favorites in this one. The Trail Blazers have reeled off three wins in a row, and they have the more reliable core of Sharpe, Simons, and Henderson, which I think will be enough to pull off the minor upset on the road.
