The New York Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers duke it out at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Friday night. Here’s a New York Knicks vs Cleveland Cavaliers Prediction. This article will include a New York Knicks vs Cleveland Cavaliers Pick.

New York Knicks Betting Preview

The New York Knicks have been on a tear as they've won 10 of their last 12 games overall and they will be eager to stay hot after sneaking past the Bulls in a 113-111 overtime win last night. Karl-Anthony Towns led the team with 32 points, 18 rebounds, and two assists, Miles McBride added 23 points while Jalen Brunson chipped in with 22 points and 12 assists. As a team, the Knicks shot 43 percent from the field and 14 of 46 from the 3-point line as they went cold and blew a seven-point lead in the fourth quarter before they made up for it with a decisive 9-0 run in overtime to escape with the narrow win at home. The Knicks will play the Celtics, 76ers, Grizzlies, and Heat next

Cleveland Cavaliers Betting Preview

Meanwhile, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been in red-hot form as they've won nine of their last 10 games overall and they will be eager to build on their current five-game win streak after routing the Nets in a 110-97 road win last night. Donovan Mitchell led the team with 26 points, Evan Mobley and Darius Garland added 18 points apiece while Jarrett Allen chipped in with 16 points and 20 rebounds on eight of nine shooting. As a team, the Cavaliers shot 42 percent from the field and 11 of 39 from the 3-point line as they got off to a sluggish start and trailed going into halftime before they dominated the second half by 62-47 to lead by as many as 21 points at one stage.

New York Knicks vs Cleveland Cavaliers Prediction

The Knicks still have OG Anunoby and Josh Hart listed as out on the injury report, while the Cavaliers have ruled out Dean Wade again. The Knicks were playing some of their best basketball of the season heading into the break, and they would've taken plenty of confidence from last night's win over the Bulls, but it's going to be tough to replicate that effort on the road against this red-hot Cavaliers squad. The Knicks are certainly tempting at the line, but I think the Cavaliers pull away and win comfortably at home in this spot.

Peter’s Pick Cleveland -8.5
