Tampa Bay Rays vs Texas Rangers Prediction
You could make a case for either underwhelming team, but I do lean toward the Rangers in game 1 at home. I don’t trust Shane Baz and his 5 ERA, and he’s been rocked in his last couple of starts. Michael Lorenzen has been respectable this season and is consistently giving the Rangers a chance to win. We’re approaching that point of the season where the Rangers either make a move in the standings or admit this just isn’t their year. It probably starts in this series. Cheap price. Give me the Rangers to draw first blood behind a solid showing from Lorenzen.
