Los Angeles Angels vs Chicago Cubs Prediction
The Cubs are the better team and should be favored at home, but there’s value with the Angels. I like that Soriano has a game under his belt and he looked great against the Astros, pitching six shutout innings. There’s an edge to getting a game out of the way and knocking out the jitters. Taillon is coming off a solid season but he did have issues with control and keeping the ball in the park. If Soriano is going to keep getting ground balls and pitching out of trouble, the Angels will have a chance late. I’ll take a stab at it with the plus money.
