I’m not excited to get behind either Miley or Gipson-Long, as they’re both working their way back into the rotation. Miley has pitched just seven innings, and he’s allowed 11 hits and seven runs. Gipson-Long has pitched 8.1 innings, and he’s allowed eight hits and four runs. Not great on either side. With that said, Gipson-Long has been the better pitcher, and the Tigers are at home while also being the better team.
