I’m backing the Cubs in this one. I get the case to be made for St. Louis, but this is simply a case of two teams that are headed in different directions at this point. Chicago keeps finding ways to get it done while the Cardinals have fallen below .500 and it doesn’t look like it’s changing anytime soon.
