St. Louis Cardinals vs New York Yankees Prediction
I’m going to lean toward the Yankees. The line’s too thick to mess with, though. Cortes is on a solid stretch these days. In his last three starts combined, Cortes is 3-0 with just one earned run in 20.2 innings of work. As for Mikolas, he’s been spotty lately with nine earned over his last three starts in 17.1 total frames.
On Saturday New York got a rough start from Warren but most of the trouble occurred in the third inning. Offensively the team wasn’t bad on 12 team hits, but the Yankees couldn’t cash in on many opportunities outside of the eighth. New York should be in good shape Sunday but I’m not touching this one.
