Detroit Tigers vs Toronto Blue Jays Prediction
I’ll stay with the Blue Jays. Gausman ended June with a rough outing of seven earned in 4.1 innings versus the Yankees. Since then he’s been pretty good though, logging four earned in 13.0 innings over two starts. As for Montero, he’s coming off five earned in 5.0 innings versus the Dodgers but was pitching pretty well before that.
On Saturday the Jays made a stab at a comeback with three runs in the bottom of the sixth but they didn’t get close in the end. Toronto should get a good start from Gausman, though.
