After an 8-1 win over Detroit on Tuesday, in game two the Phillies were out-hit 9-4 in a 4-1 loss. Starter Ranger Suarez put up 6.0 innings with four earned runs on nine hits.

Philadelphia Phillies vs Detroit Tigers Prediction
I’ll probably just stay with the Phillies. Turnbull gave up two earned runs on two hits and four walks over 1.1 innings back on June 12 versus the Red Sox. Since then Turnbull has been a lot better with zero earned over 5.2 innings on three hits and two walks. He may not be in there for more than a handful of innings but Turnbull should start things out well.
On Tuesday the Phillies had one bad inning from Suarez but otherwise did well on the mound. The offense was another story, however; four hits aren’t going to cut it. I like Philadelphia to turn it around in game three, but I’m probably staying away.
