The Gators offensive balance and elite rebounding should give them the edge, especially if Condon and Haugh continue their scoring pace. TCU’s defense will keep them competitive, but their lack of consistent perimeter shooting is a concern against Florida’s length and overall team depth at the skill positions.

In my view, this matchup projects as a game that could lean towards the slow side when it comes to pace. Florida’s tempo is another factor that tilts the matchup. The Gators rank among the top teams nationally in possessions per game, pushing pace behind Fland and Lee in the backcourt.

Florida’s frontcourt should control the glass and limit second‑chance opportunities, while the TCU Horned Frogs will rely heavily on senior guard Jayden Pierre to generate offense. Unless Diallo dominates the paint, Florida’s depth and balance give them the advantage. I am backing the Florida Gators to cover the 13.5 points in this contest.
