I’ll stay with the Bulldogs. Louisiana Tech had 15 turnovers and shot a tepid 20-of-28 (71.4 percent) from the line in their latest blowout win over MS College, but dominated in most ways otherwise. The Bulldogs have been scoring quite well through four games with 76 or more points in each.
As for Southern Illinois, they were only able to hit 34.7 percent from the field and had 12 turnovers in the Florida loss, but did lead 49-46 in rebounding. The Salukis need another good performance on the boards here (along with a higher total) if they’re going to compete. In the end I like LA Tech slightly better but you could probably make a case either way.
