Eastern Washington extended their winning streak to eight with that victory, and they’ve scored 72 or more points in seven of those.

Back on January 3 in the last meeting between these teams, Eastern Washington took a tough road loss 84-81. The Eagles ended up with just 40 percent shooting from the floor while giving up 49.1 percent on defense. Eastern Washington did own the boards 41-29 but also  coughed up 13 turnovers along the way. The Eagles should have an easier time of things in the home rematch if all goes well.
