I’ll lean toward Eastern Washington but I’m not touching this one. The Eagles were able to eke past a decent Montana State team in a nice road game over the weekend, shooting 48.3 percent from the field with 50 percent (7-of-14) from outside and a 36-24 rebounding edge. Eastern Washington has won consecutive games now, scoring a combined 154 points in that pair.

These teams last met up back on January 17 in an 84-66 road victory for Eastern Washington. In that one the Eagles shot a nice 48 percent from the field while giving up just 37.5 percent on defense. Eastern Washington added 82.4 percent from the line (28-of-34) and 53.3 percent (8-of-15) from 3-point range in a nice shooting effort. The Eagles will likely have an easier time in the home rematch and I like them to play well.
