I’ll lean toward the River Hawks. UMass Lowell didn’t have too many issues against a struggling Maine team this week, despite shooting a weak 10 percent (2-of-20) from outside and 57.9 percent (11-of-19) from the line. The River Hawks added a 37-31 rebounding edge however, and had just eight turnovers. UMass Lowell is 5-2 in their last seven games but just 1-2 in their last three with fewer than 68 points scored in all three of those.

The River Hawks took both matchups between these teams this season, 83-71 at home on January 3 and 89-79 on the road February 7. In that road win, UMass Lowell shot a nice 55.6 percent from the field with 53.8 percent (7-of-13) from outside and a 33-23 rebounding advantage. The River Hawks did give up 50 percent shooting on the other side though, and had 12 turnovers along the way. Still, with a little tweaking UMass Lowell should be just fine in the tournament game.
