The Wolverines have plenty of issues with Underwood at quarterback, but he has been a solid runner. UTEP lost by 51 points to the same Oklahoma team that Michigan beat, but they did blow out a FCS opponent last week. I don’t love this spread, but I will back Michigan at home, as I don’t think UTEP will score more than a touchdown.
