North Texas vs FAU Prediction
I’ll stay in North Texas. The Mean Green drilled Tulsa in their last outing, notching 618 total yards (439 passing) and 10.3 yards per play. There’s plenty to clean up, however, as North Texas went just 3-of-10 on third-down tries and had a whopping 14 penalties for 130 yards.
As for FAU, they gained 572 yards (315 rushing), 8.1 yards per play, and 29 first downs in their latest win versus an overmatched Wagner squad. The Owls coughed up three turnovers and had 12 penalties (90 yards) though, so their latest effort was also far from perfect. All things considered, this one should be a fun matchup but North Texas should have it if their passing game sticks around.
