The Line: Betting Odds: Chicago Bulls -1.5 — Over/Under:
The Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls meet Saturday in summer league NBA action at the Pavilion. Here’s a Milwaukee Bucks vs Chicago Bulls Prediction. This article will include a Milwaukee Bucks vs Chicago Bulls Pick.
Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview
The Milwaukee Bucks will be coached by assistant coach Pete Dominguez. The Bucks summer league roster is highlighted by Vin Baker Jr., Andre Jackson Jr., Chris Livingston, Hugo Besson and MarJon Beauchamp. A player like Beauchamp should dominate the summer league considering this is his third year in it, and he now has 100 NBA games under his belt. The Bucks will also give rookies AJ Johnson and Tyler Smith a bunch of minutes in these summer league games. We’ll also get a chance to see Justin Moore, who had a fine 5 years at Villanova and is a guard who can knock down the three ball.
Chicago Bulls Betting Preview
The Chicago Bulls will be coached by Billy Donovan III. The Bulls summer league roster is highlighted by this year’s 11th overall pick in Matas Buzelis and Julian Phillips, who played in 40 games last season. Players such as Andrew Funk, Adama Sanogo and Henri Drell played for the Windy City Bulls last season, so they should be ready to take that next step. Nathan Knight is on this Bulls roster as well, a 26-year-old, who spent time with the Atlanta Hawks and Minnesota Timberwolves over the years. Another player to watch for the Bulls is Tyler Thomas, a two-time All-NEC selection and was a scoring machine at Sacred Heart and Hofstra.
Milwaukee Bucks vs Chicago Bulls Prediction
The Milwaukee Bucks could be a team to watch in this summer, league if Beauchamp decides to takeover. Beauchamp is a seasoned NBA player at this point and is in his third summer league. He should be able to push his weight around. However, I would say the Bulls have more upside on their roster and the young legs of Buzelis and Phillips could prevail. The Bulls appear to have more of a scoring punch to them, especially if a guy such as Tyler Thomas gets going. We’re laying less than a bucket. I’ll side with the Bulls on this Saturday afternoon.
