San Antonio Spurs vs LA Lakers Prediction
The San Antonio Spurs had a stretch where they looked like they were turning the corner, but they've lost three straight games. The Spurs had that ugly loss to the Bulls and weren't competitive at all against the Bucks. The LA Lakers haven't played in six days, but I'm not worried about rust. The Lakers are a veteran team that constantly has AD and LeBron on the injury report. If anything, the rest will benefit the Lakers. There's also a motivation factor for the Lakers, as I'm sure they'll want to get a win for the city of Los Angeles to uplift the spirits. The Lakers beat the Spurs twice in November if that means anything. The line is soft. I'll take my chances with the Lakers on Monday night.
