St. John’s vs Georgetown Prediction
I’ll stick with St. John’s, but you could argue this one either way. The Red Storm made short work of Harvard in their last outing thanks to 50 percent shooting, 32 rebounds and a 42-28 advantage on points in the paint. St. John’s bounced back well after posting just 66 points in a 12-point loss to Kentucky the game before. The Storm have now scored 79 or more points in each of their last three wins.
As for the Hoyas, they shot a nice 55 percent from the field with 36 rebounds, 40 points in the paint and just seven turnovers in their latest win over Coppin State. Georgetown is looking good over this current 3-1 run, with a lone 80-77 loss to Xavier as the only blemish. The Hoyas should give St. John’s a nice challenge here; it’ll be a good matchup.
