The Warriors needed the overtime win after losing to CSUN and Cal Poly in the previous pair, giving up a combined 170 points along the way.

Way back on December 4 when these teams last saw each other, the Warriors took a 75-69 victory at home. Hawaii shot very well in that one (54.3 percent) and had a 31-28 rebounding edge. That said, the Warriors also hit just 58.1 percent (18-of-31) from the line and had 15 turnovers. Hawaii will have a few things to clean up before the road rematch.
