Alabama State was competitive on the boards and in the paint however, while posting just six turnovers. The Hornets are still 2-1 in their last three games though, with 71 or more points scored in all of those.

Back on February 2 when these teams last saw each other, the Hornets secured a 79-66 victory on their home court. In that one Alabama State shot a nice 47.5 percent from the field and 75 percent (12-of-16) from the line. The 33-28 rebounding edge was nice as well, but Alabama State also coughed up 16 turnovers in an overall sloppy game (33 total turnovers). If the Hornets can focus a little bit in this road rematch I think they’ll be okay.
